Goal-setting/performance evaluation meetings are established institutions at SHS VIVEON. We consider them as open and constructive feedback forums that support you in achieving your professional development goals. During your annual performance evaluation meeting[HH1] , you will go over your performance of the last year together with your managers and, based on this evaluation and the goals you have set for yourself during your goal-setting meeting, you will define your training needs for your professional development. The mid-year performance evaluation also gives you a "preliminary" idea on how close you are to achieving the goals you have set and your level of development.

SHS VIVEON Bootcamp
The SHS VIVEON Boot Camp, which we developed in close cooperation with the renowned educational and training specialists "Neuland & Partner," will instruct you on the SHS VIVEON specific methods of project work.
SHS VIVEON Advanced Bootcamp
The SHS VIVEON Advanced Boot Camp is geared toward consultants who already have an excellent command of moderation and presentation techniques. At the SHS VIVEON Advanced Boot Camp, consultants are introduced to selected success factors of target and address-oriented meeting moderation, thereby improving their professional communications skills.
SHS VIVEON Conversation and Negotiation Training
The content of this training workshop is to teach participants the success factors of constructive and success-oriented negotiation management, especially in sales situations and conflict discussions. This gives our consultants an extensive portfolio of options for negotiating according to situation, topic and target group.
SHS VIVEON Project Management Training
This workshop goes over the decisive characteristics of successful IT project management and practical implementation in SHS VIVEON’s everyday consulting activities. Also decisive in this implementation process is that the various project types (fixed price project and time & material project) are also taken into account.
SHS VIVEON Rhetoric Training
As part of this training workshop, SHS VIVEON executives learn how a professional appearance and an impressive communications style can win over business partners.

The GUARDEAN Academy is held regularly and provides information on the developments concerning our flagship product GUARDEAN.
SHS VIVEON Team Talk
The teams (e.g. CRM Team) meet on a monthly basis to exchange internal know-how and experiences, analyze past projects and plan future projects in the team. What’s most important in these talks is the networking effect because, due to working on different projects, consultants very rarely see one another. That makes it all the more important to create the opportunity for formal and informal exchanges of information.
