I began working as a consultant with SHS VIVEON in 2004. After I had my two children in later years, I definitely wanted to accommodate both career and family. SHS VIVEON quickly made that easy and uncomplicated for me. Today, I work part-time with full commitment. My skills and know-how remain up to date, but I still have enough time for my children. At SHS VIVEON, the work life balance is a reality.

After receiving my degree in bioinformatics, I began as an intern in the Products division. Right from the first day, I was a fully valued member of the team and was quickly given responsibility for my own projects. The teamwork-oriented corporate culture and the friendly working environment made my start much easier. It made me that much happier when I was offered a full-time job. Graduates are welcomed with open arms at SHS VIVEON.

I was originally hired in the Munich office. For personal reasons, I wanted to transfer to Switzerland. The transfer process went very smoothly, no bureaucracy. SHS VIVEON helped me handle the organizational aspects of the move. In the meantime, I was able to keep my Munich company car, for example. A rather unconventional solution, but typical of SHS VIVEON.
