Munich, Germany, 13.11.2009 – Today the Board of Directors of SHS VIVEON AG of Munich, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, filed an application for the company's shares (ISIN DE000A0XFWK2 / German securities code (WKN) A0XFWK) to be delisted from the regulated market of the Munich stock exchange and admitted to the M:access trading segment on the open market of the Munich stock exchange. VEM Aktienbank AG, Munich, which specialises as an issuing bank and lead manager, has been instructed to handle the formalities for admission to listing in the M:access trading segment.
